Resonant Ranch Retreats

A cabin that opens into a retreat

550 private acres in the Arkansas Ozarks. Mountain springs. One of the darkest skies in the country. And now, a way to go deeper.

Your nervous system reads the room

Long before you form a thought, your body has already taken in the light, the sound, and the pace around you. It asks one question: am I safe?

A nervous system restores itself best in a different environment from the one that exhausted it. So here, the land changes the inputs: a true night sky, moving water, horses, real food, and unhurried time.

Then, for guests who want more, a clinical layer of Functional Neurology, Functional Medicine, and chiropractic care works with the opening those inputs create. You choose the depth.

Three Ways to Stay

Bronze: The Foundational Stay

A quiet retreat, on your own terms.

The Cabin, the hot tub under the stars, and a digital retreat filmed here on the ranch. Morning Qi Gong and yoga, movement medicine, sound meditation, trail guides, and a seven-day downshift to prepare you before you arrive.

Add a chiropractic adjustment, a Functional Neurology session, or another therapy a la carte.

Silver: The Supported Retreat

Guidance on the land, and care from me.

Everything in Bronze, plus a guided hike, equine therapy, a UTV ride through the ranch, Functional Neurology and Functional Medicine sessions, and a chiropractic adjustment.

Gold: The Tailored Immersion

Three days, shaped entirely around you.

Curated adventures on foot, on horseback, and by UTV. Meals by a private chef. Latte, tea, and charcuterie tastings. Massage and body work. Live sound bowl meditation, guided yoga, Qi Gong, and personal training. A complete menu of Functional Neurology and Functional Medicine therapies, chiropractic care, biofeedback, and nervous system reset therapies.

Dates are limited.

The digital retreat

Your retreat begins seven days before you arrive and continues for twenty-one days after you leave.

Arrive Prepared. Seven days of small changes, so your body arrives before your mind does.

On the Land. Daily movement, sound, and reflection, filmed on the ranch.

Explore. Trail guides, a night sky guide, and the best of the Buffalo River country.

Deepen. Add a session with me during your stay.

Integrate. Three weeks of guidance to carry this rhythm home.

A day on the land

First light on the bluff, with slow Qi Gong in the cold air. A breakfast built for steady energy. A long morning on the trail, with the river below you. An unhurried afternoon. Sound at dusk, as the valley goes quiet. Then the hot tub, the stars, and the quiet of a body that has finally set everything down.

Your clinician

I am a Doctor of Chiropractic whose work in Functional Medicine and Functional Neurology begins upstream, before diagnosis. I have been in practice since 2016 and hold an Arkansas chiropractic license. I grew up in these mountains, and I am now the steward of this land.

First featured dates: the Geminid meteor shower

Arrive Sunday, December 13. The Geminid meteor shower peaks that night, under a young crescent moon that sets early in the evening. Silver and Gold retreat stays are open, with very limited space.

How do I add a retreat to my stay?

Book your stay at ozkcabins.com, then request a free Discovery Call. Together, we will choose the right tier and shape your time here. If you have already booked, we can add a retreat to your reservation.

What does a retreat cost?

Each retreat is shaped to the guest, so pricing is shared on your Discovery Call.

How many guests can stay?

The Cabin sleeps up to four, with a king bed, a sofa bed, and an air bed. Tell us who is coming, and we will shape your stay around your group.

Do I need to be a patient?

No. Bronze requires no clinical care. Sessions with me begin with their own consent and health history.

Do I need experience with horses or hiking?

None at all. We match every experience to your comfort and ability.

Will I have cell service?

Service is limited on the ranch, and many guests come for exactly that reason. Your digital retreat can be prepared in advance.

Can I bring my dog?

The Cabin is pet-friendly, and a pet fee applies. Pets stay leashed outdoors, since this is a working ranch with wildlife and livestock. Trails such as Lost Valley do not allow pets.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your Cabin reservation follows our standard policies. Retreat terms are shared when your retreat is confirmed.

A place to sleep is easy to find. This is a place to exhale.

Retreat programs offer wellness education and restorative experiences. They are not a substitute for care from your own physician. Individual experiences vary.
